IT'S TIME TO BAKE!!!
Festival goers know we have a great BAKE SALE! They stop in for our variety of delicious, homemade goodness. The bake sale is popular because of YOU! We have some great bakers and we are asking EVERYONE in the parish (or cluster) to make some homemade bake goods...cookies, candy, pies, breads, brownies, fudge, whatever - they love them all. If you need help deciding what to make, homemade white bread and whole fruit pies are the most requested items. If you have a favorite baked good, why not make that! But please, nothing that needs to be refrigerated. Also, items that are labeled and packaged so you can see what it is, sell the best.
All baked goods can be left on the tables in the back of church on Saturday or Sunday of festival weekend (we will price them for you). Thank You in advance for sharing your baking talents and contributing to another successful bake sale. The bake sale will be open before and after all masses festival weekend, so please stop by. Any questions, please contact Vicki Brown, 616-446-0059.
Success depends on your cooperation.
In order to make the 60th Annual St Joseph Festival successful, we compiled a list of people and are asking for each person to please donate a minimum of $25 to help with the cost of the festival. This money helps buy chicken, pies, coffee, charcoal and other supplies. Please use a separate envelope marked Festival Money Donation with your name on it and drop it in the collection at Mass. Thank you for your generosity.
